Explain why you were PK'd:  pkd for starting a gun fight (alleged)

Why should you be un-PK'd?:  i was protecting the prator and heard a gunshot go off, I was fafiling my duty to protect and was told i was the first one to shoot i heard a gunshot and it flew past the praetor so i defended as i seem fit, i didn't start the gunfight and have been working hard to defend my title as a pretorian guard as the ic alerts can show i was correct that the praetor was fired appon so i feel as though i should be allowed to use my char again and i was wrongfully pkd, i do want to add i was intoxicated and regret even joining the server at all but i wasnt drunk enough to shoot for no reason. i feel as though i was doing the right thing, to also note i wasn't under fear rp ic rules i was simply doing my job and feel like my pk was just for the heat of the moment and due to my position and the person who banned me was a LW high ranking person it may have been a clap back but that's not fair to accuse an admin for doing his job as he also saw fit, i just feel like this could have been investigated  more thoroughly and  i would have been questioned. i also want to point out i was not given a chance to talk in the sit and was not explained why i was being pkd i was just told i was being pkd and when i asked why i was told that "if you feel like it was a wrongful pk then just submit a ticket" no explanation what so ever. not a big issue just want to enjoy the game and char i worked hard to obtain and i feel like i was robbed of my experience

Hello there, you state that you did not start the gunfight and that you heard someone else shoot, which is incorrect, and when I brought you to a sit I explained to you that you initiated a gunfight and that you will be PKd for it and that if you feel like its an unjust PK you can appeal it on the forums, which is when you just started to scream and say that you didnt do it, which is when I stated once again, if you feel like this is an unjust PK you can appeal it on the forums.

Lentz is correct. I was the one who took your ticket which you made after you were PK'd, which he promptly aided with to discuss with you as he was the issuing Staff Member. Do not try to blind-sight UA in Appeals by saying you 'weren't able to ask questions' , because all you done was shout at him. You had no intention of having a civil conversation during that sit.
