Unjustly Banned

I had a character that was lapo and i was following my higher ups to the ICC with NSB and one of the military members in camo started opening fire on the nsb and lapo and i died, after i died i came back up to the icc and what looked to be the man in camos higher up because he was wearing camo i said " One of your fuckass military members shot me and the nsb while we were here" , the whole group of them started restraining me and took me to a room where they then executed me and accused me of saying i would murder them, they talked about me saying that when they were dragging me there and each and every one of them agreed, i was then shot and my character was perm banned. I feel that i was unjustly banned, and i am very sad that all of my hard word in the lapo over the year has just been deleted and kept away from me.

Explain why you were PK'd: I went up what looked to be one of the higher ups of the guy in camo who killed lapo and nsb at the icc including me and i said " why did one of your fuckass military members kill me, the rest of the lapo and nsb" 

Why should you be un-PK'd?: The man who executed me lied about me saying i would murder him and its an unjustly ban, i was even told by whoreson to "piss" them off.

Greetings! 

The reason you were PK'd is because you admitted in character that you were going to kill a Oberst in the Panzers. In pursuance of the PK Guidelines this falls under 'Grief'. This means when a player in character makes a valid threat on someone else's life they are held accountable for said threat.  Your claim that the Oberst lied is invalid as there is direct proof supporting the opposite of your claim. If you say something in character, you must expect to be held liable for your words or this server would absolutely cease to function.

he must have misheard me, i said that one of his military members KILLED me and the lapo, i never said i would kill him, and if i did i would admit it, i know the rules and i would never want my character to get PK'ed
