Why do you deserve to be unbanned? I did not kill anyone or deal damage to anyone I Intentionally shot in the air so that i wouldn't hit anyone while screaming my goal was to cause a scene so that I could be arrested as a police officer and go on trial in front of all the important people in the room. I didn't know that RPing to get arrested would land me a ban I deliberately made sure not till kill anyone and RDM and ruin everyone else's RP experience so that I could do be arrested and be a part of a realistic RP. I apologize if this was not allowed and will just not do it next time or find another way to get myself arrested.

Additional Information: I again did not do damage to anyone or hurt anyone for this exact reason.

Thank you for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

For context of the situation, everyone involved was in the process of vacating the court room in an attempt to serve an arrest warrant. Several KG, NSB, State officials, etc. were present (practically the entire server in the vicinity) and you decided to open fire while standing above us all on the Judge's panel. Needless to say, you died extremely quickly as everyone turned around to see who was attempting to commit mass murder. I am not too sure why you thought a hoard of armed guards would take the time to arrest someone who is actively firing their weapon in a court room. Your claim of shooting into the air is valid, as damage logs show you did not harm anyone, but these are the types of situations that result in mass casualty gunfights that ruin RP. As I was the banning staff member, another UA will be providing verdict on this appeal.

Shooting in a courtroom full of judges and general-ranking personnel with ARMED guards, even if you do claim it was for "RP" reasons, would have immediately had you shot with no trial anyways if you were arrested. Other than that, what you did was just blatant failrp.

 

Note: I was one of the Judges that were there.
