what do certs of standing and party tiers do, i mean, i have tier 5 and a cert of standing but i dont know what they do.

Party tiers are solely a rp mechanic in terms of perks, they change with policy's from the party time to time but as of now you get certain legal and other ability's not assessable to the common folk, you can find the perks of party tiers bellow

but if you want it quick if you have tier five you get the following 

• Holding Party Tier 5 (Major+) shall hold the following benefits

  • Ability to obtain a Coalition Membership Identification Number

  • Right to call for the Coalition Tribunal on Civil and Political Matters.

  • Permitted to purchase a lottery ticket at a maximum of 50 total.

  • Reduction in cost for the start of a Worker’s Guild Business.

  • Permitted to purchase tickets to coalition fundraisers.

  • Reduction of up to 75% on citations regarding breach of 7.2.6. Violation of District Bylaws.

  • Exemptions on Section 4.4, Section 5,

  • Allowed to wear the Party Uniform and White Rose Golden Party Pin, if awarded.

  • Exemptions from ideological testing. 

    • This only applies if you have already conducted a test at least once. 

  • Access to Royal Events.
