Description of the idea: A reintroduction of a long lost attempt banking system. This system allowed for a additional use of owning bank accounts, and having money in them. The baseline of this system is that the more money you put into your bank, the higher the interest payments you would receive every period.  

Why should this be added?: This should be added to 1. Boost economy through adding additional ways to make money passively, especially for faction heads and NHC. 2. Give more use to bank accounts, adding a higher interest in their use and specific functions. 3. Add a reason to open more bank accounts on one character. There could be an addition of a limit of the amount (percentage wise) you can grow your interest payments, forcing you to open more and more bank accounts to reap more reward. 

What negatives could this have?: The biggest negative this could have is factions just money stacking, like the military commander getting all of his staff to open a bank account and growing them to 1,000,000$ bypassing the need to open more bank accounts on their own and stacking money with no penalty. This could also potentially ruin the need for drug production, or other alternative money making uses by just making them futile once enough money has been generated.

i think it should be that once a week you will get a your fraction of a share that you own and so does everyone and i think only you can buy 30k worth of stocks every 3 day so it stays a blanced so nobody cant fuck with it also you could have events from it like a war ship has gone down and stock in german water INC has lost 28% stocks something like that
