Rules Broken / Conduct issues (Provide evidence for each): Metagaming- He started encouraging and saying "pk him" and "if you don't listen to me you will be pked." He can't say this and I was banned because of it. Him and konsulguards were threatening to pk me and started saying to the admin IC "pk him." 

KEEP IN MIND. THIS ADMIN WAS IC AND ON HIS CHARACTER.

Additional Information: You can't threaten PK IC and it is very intimidating knowing a admin and others are saying I will PK you and shit like that. There should be no room for that type of disrespect on this server and it's harassment. This is totally unrealistic to roleplay and is NITRP

Hi there, thank you for continuing this and moving it to a more appropriate Forum. 

 

During a situation within the Reichstag, you were being tied whilst under gunpoint - during which you pulled out a gun and killed somebody before then being killed. I passed comment to another Moderator about how "He'll be PK'd." and "Thats fine.". You were not 'threatened' with it at any point, nor were you actually spoken to about it directly as you claim. It is also worth mentioning that when this was remarked, you were on your 5th or 6th occasion to attempt to kill myself and other members of the Guard Group, in retaliation, as it was obvious you were not going to get into the Party Wing. I think given these reasons, you have absolutely no grounds to comment on Unrealistic Roleplay or NITRP. Comments made by myself and the Moderator were invalid and baseless. We knew we were involved, and had also mentioned it. A PK would not be, and was not issued due to these reasons.

 

Not once did I 'Encourage a PK', neither did I say "PK Him" or "If you do not listen you will be PK'd.". It had absolutely zero connection to your 1d Ban, which has already been clarified by UA. Stop Messaging, Calling and Pinging me incessantly on Discord since your ban. Relax.

 

I will refrain from replying further, as I do not care to be constantly contacted by yourself. UA will discuss this in due time.

Here is a photo of the DM's you have been sending me. This is prior to your Ban Appeal being rejected, which you tried to threaten me to unban you, otherwise you would make this Report. As far as I am concerned, you have added arms and legs to this situation. A comment made whilst you were dead has been twisted, and the only reason you are making this Staff Report is in retaliation to your Valid Ban for LTARP and NITRP. In your own words "Ask them to Accept the appeal. Since you broke a very big rule which could get you demoted.".

 

Here are some clips to show what you were doing prior to the comment which was made, which is the substance of your Staff Report. I do not think you can argue Unrealistic Roleplay and Harassment when this is how you were acting. -

• Breaking NLR, constantly returning to spam the doors as well as shoot at them.

You know I’m allowed to retaliate with a report? There is no rules broken in that case and also I am a player, not a staff. I have an audio threatening me with a PK when you were in an IC character so you could legit get banned for metagaming. Too bad staff love you here but I think this would look good in the denied section of here to show how bad of an admin you are. Both you and your friend made remarks saying “pk him” and “okay, so you will be pked” you realize pk is serious and that term shouldn’t be loose. You also are an admin so metagaming should be the last thing you are doing, hopefully staff open their eyes to this situation.

The reported staff member didn't use OOC language in IC chat, and even if they did that isn't meta gaming its just poor RP - and invalidates any sort of PK that could have happened. 

Also if you continue to harass staff members in DM's because you don't get an instant response from us you will be banned from making support tickets and appeals.
