Explain why you were PK'd:  I  was PKed under "Dying after initiating a shoot-out [Situations involving Department Leaders+ must be approved by UA.] [PK]". I saw a member of the military wrecklessly driving, I tracked him down and was going to detain him. I crashed my car into his, jumped out and pointed my gun at him, I told him to get out and he tried to speed off, I then dumped a mag into his car and he stopped, another member of the military then came out of nowhere and shot and killed me. I did not see him until I was shot. 

Why should you be un-PK'd?: Firstly, to my knowledge Expert is a moderator, it clearly states in the rules "Moderator | Moderator+ oversight - Civilian PKs [KAG not included]", my char that got PKed is not a civillian and a CO also. So I believe it was done without the proper authorization. Furthermore I want to look at the definition of a "shoot-out", I would not believe that trying to shoot at a car that is trying to flee is a shoot-out, I am simply using my weapon to slow down/stop the car, not kill the actual person driving the car. The way I interpret a shootout is where a guy is forced to return fire and has no other realistic option. In this case my shots were an attempt to disable the car as he was starting an attempt to flee. Not to kill the individual in question.  I was shot by someone who did not see the start of the interaction, I do not believe it is fair to be PKed due to this. I will also put the link to the clip that got me PKed. You can clearly see me in the clip, shooting the car and not damaging the person in the vehicle at all, he stopped his car after I shot and I did not continue to shoot. You can hear me in the clip say "get out the car", then magdump into the car, reload and say again "Get out the car", if I had intentions of killing him I would just reload and shoot him.
