a Very wrongfull Ban

Why were you banned?: ,,Wrongful Termination Womp Womp" (is what he wrote)

Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: it was just a conversation between Bolton and me. Ive broke no rules, i havent disrespected him once (even after he called me: a retard, stupid, stupid European, mentally disabled).

Additional Information:
all i was talking to him about was any form of identification for his "No description or uniform" character would be nice since he expects everyone to "respect" him even tho half of the server doesnt know who he is in his character, gets offended if we treat him as a civilian.
i sugested atleast a document or description, which he got offended bye.
long conversation of him insulting me later.
we where at a point where he said that people without any information can enter military bases (IRL)
i sayd maby in America but not other countries.
he sayd people wouldnt risk loosing there job stopping someone important at a gate just because they dont know who he is.
i sayd again maby in america but not somewhere else.
he 'forced' me into a bet
i told him i dont make bets he says too bad 
he sayd he can find someone that was releaces of duty in Germany (my country) just for doing his job.
his example was a Transgender woman in the german millitary that was kicked out for sexually harassing other soldiers. he sayd she got kicked out for being trans. i told him no thats not true
fast forward he baned me because he "had enough of me" 
his reasons in the ban where:,,Wrongful Termination Womp Womp."

this is the biggest bs ive ever had on this server.
i let myselve be insulted over und over again und still stay civil with him.
and the real reason he banned me was because he knew i was right.

come on @Major Whoreson surely it wasnt that bad to incur this much wrath?

ive known hans a very long time and he can be very stern with his duties but would never intentionally go out of his way to offend or cause an issue.

he is a very active participent in the server, and has been working well alongside myself in the feldgendarmerie, and in my opinion is an asset to the company.

i think if an impass due to a misunderstanding has been reached between you both perhaps it would be more amicable to apply some constructive criticism rather than an outright punishment.

Nothing about a misunderstanding exists. The individual in question is just incapable of understanding a viewpoint other than his own exists. Also just clearly not capable of RP.

The RP exists in a state of a totalitarian regime in which if some random lower ranking NCO is yapping nonsense they likely won't have their job for long. This indiviudal was incapable of understanding that he has to follow a chain of command, and if they don't, there is punishment. Normally this would just be an IC punishment, and I'd just have him fired and/or shot for genuinely having a dent in their head. However, this retard went on to say that "There has never been a case of wrongful termination in Germany. It might happen in the U.S., but certainly not in Germany." 

When he had a moment of clarity, he went on to say, "Well I suppose just the German Army hasn't had wrongful termination." He believes, in modern history, the entire German Armed Forces has not had an ounce of corruption that would lead to a wrongful termination from corruption, etc. Is this against the rules to be this ignorant/moronic? No. No it's not. However, it is wildly retarded and as owner of the server I take mild offense to someone like that existing with impunity on my server. And therefore, I arrived on this punishment. 

I am very fair, very magnanimous, very just. Some even call me the most just server owner on GMOD. Who knows...
