Explain why your flags were blacklisted: My flags were blacklisted because i was flinging boxes up in the air with people next me and it got my flags taken away for misuse of prop perms.

Explain why your flags should be unblacklisted: Why my flags should be unblacklisted is because its been like a year ago and i apologize for what i was doing back then and i've learned my lesson to not do something stupid.
