Explain why you were PK'd: I was PK'd for guarding the Justice of Minister (Party Tribunal) during a conversation at the Palace of Justice. The Fieldmarshall was asking why I was standing by him with my gun out and I explained I am his guard detail, he then told me to get back up, which I did. Then he had me dragged out of the court house and had me PKed.

Why should you be un-PK'd?:  I should be un-Pk'd because one I was doing my job and securing The Party Tribunal. I also was also complying with the orders given to my character and moved back when he had a member of his military arrested and didn't even allow the proper channels (Party Courts) to deal with the situation.

Found out it was the Feldmarshall and not the kriegmarshall

There was also no RP of sending my character to the train station, they just had it done in an ally

Just realizing there is a video which proves what I say...you, at best, waited until the very last second of my countdown. I am totally unsure as to what you think you are going to accomplish here.

Regardless, this is more of a IC issue. You were sent away ICly. 

As to your comment of the train station, my men walking an extra 10 seconds would have changed this for you how? Attempting to nitpick your own idiotic situation is not going to do you any favors.
