Why were you banned?:  Total Moron

Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: As a member of the Parteisicherheitsgruppe, I feel as its needed to protect my V.I.P no matter what, when the Chef der Bundeskanzlei decided to tie my V.I.P (Victor Stahl, Parteigeschaftleiter) I shot at him, ending up killing him. As my intent was to free my V.I.P with all means necessary, even if it means risking my own life for the sake of theirs, especially since it was also a member of my family,  Rules Reference below:

You may retaliate against anyone (including Government Personnel) who are directly and/or openly acting against yourself or others who you have important connections to in-character (i.e. a member of your family or your criminal organization is being placed under FearRP, or is being dragged while detained / kidnapped). It is to be noted that in the case of which you are out-armed or out-numbered, you must act in accordance with FearRP or killing rules. 

 

Additional Information: The CDBK had no guards protecting him at the time, while the PSG had 3, which clearly outnumbered the state. Maybe there was an easier way to resolve the situation such as pointing my gun instead of shooting instantly, but at the time, I felt this was the only way. I believe this ban should have been lowered in time, or it should have resulted in my character being permanently killed if seems fit.

There is no way you are actually trying to justify shooting the Head of the German Government because he put ties on your VIP. This would be like the US Speaker of the House's Capitol Police detachment shooting the Senate Majority Leader because he cuffed him. 

You do NOT just gun down the head of the entire government because he non-violently cuffed someone. Genuienly I am so unsure how you are arguing this.

I understand this and admit it might have been an overreaction and that I could have handled the situation better, but at the time, I felt this was appropriate, and by the time I realized what I had done, it was already too late. I do not ask for much, only a reduction in my ban time or a Perma-Kill on my character, as what I did was stupid, but not worthy of a year-long ban.
