Explain why you were PK'd: I was Pk'ed for talking in radio while being stopped and being told not to talk in the radio.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: They didn't give me ample time to react and there was too many people talking at once for me to hear clearly. Aswell as due to previous interactions with the NSB I was already on edge due to them having tried to detain me previously for absolutely nothing.

Additional Information:  I was also not notified in any capacity that my character had been PK'ed, until getting on today and finding out via a staff member after making a ticket. Thank you Nooby ( I can attach the clip if needed from their perspective)

You were PKed on the guideline of FearRP. You radio'd while under gunpoint and told not too. You were then shot and killed because you continued to radio that you were being cuffed by the NSB.

As I stated, they literally gave me next to no time to react and I couldn't hear them clearly due to everyone talking on the radio, all of them talking, and the fact that I was already talking. I can also vouch for Expert as I was in the Sit where you  got pk'd He informed you that your character was being pk'd/killed for breaking FEARRP, And made sure to inform you of your ability to appeal aswell

I can 100% confirm that there was no sit after that, or at least one that I was involved in due to the fact that I crashed almost immediately after it happening. You guys can pull logs and see that I crashed before any sit was ever had. I was literally informed of nothing, otherwise I would not have joined on Saturday and created a ticket asking why I couldnt play my character

You might be right I had multiple sits with expert that day, Including some civilian ones, This might be the one where an individual disconnected from the server or crashed or ltap'd I forgot exactly what.

Yea, my entire PC crashed and then I had to factory reset my PC after
