so basically there was like a big event and they had like 80 percent of the military cuffed and they were walking down in a line at the main street and i kept joining the line pretending i was cuffed than i got picked up with physgun and got flung across the map i came back after a long walk and joined the line again and boom i got perma banned

That doesnt sound like something that would occur that I would just perma ban you for walking in a line. 

However I dont remember the situation so I am fine with you being unbanned, whatever you did cease on being moronic in the future.
