2:32 - Vehicle being picked up and slammed against a group of players (3 players I "hit" claim at the end)
6:32 - The guardpost blocked my view, so I thought the area was clear of any players. ( I will admit I did hit him, but then he started quoting a fabricated event involving me hitting three other players.)
 

 

Additional Information: 

I would like to acknowledge my responsibility for the initial incident at the gate, as I did make contact with another player. From my perspective, I did not see him until it was too late to avoid the collision. I have video evidence from when I initially spawned my vehicle and began driving until my sit. Since it was nighttime and there were no other players present, I believed it would be safe to do so. The collision occurred because I did not see the other player, and I accept that this was my fault.

However, I would also like to clarify that the previous accusations of VDM against me were staged by a staff member, or by the staff member who ultimately accused me, in an attempt to make it appear as though I had committed multiple violations during that timespan. These incidents were not genuine. I recorded the entire situation, and upon reviewing the footage, the only other instance where I made contact with anyone was when my vehicle was flung by a staff member.

Additionally, I would like to point out that the only time I struck the group in question was during the same incident in which my vehicle was flung. I believe the staff member who accused me at the end was the same individual who initially claimed to have witnessed me hit that group. When I pressed further and asked who I had allegedly hit, he stated that he saw me strike a group or three players, the same group that was involved in the incident where my vehicle was flung.

If he witnessed another staff member causing the vehicle to be flung, it would have been apparent that my vehicle was being forcibly launched rather than intentionally driven into anyone. Given those circumstances, I find it difficult to understand how the incident could have been interpreted as intentional VDM. This is why I believe that the staff member who later accused me may have been the same individual who initially flung my vehicle.

So you admit that, in your own clip, you were driving at max speed up and down the main strip for three straight minutes, resulting in a VDM and crashing into another person?

as previously stated you drove up and down the strip for 3 minutes unitll you crashed into someon
