Explain why you were PK'd: 
a Leutnant in the military used us as bait and i was also unaware of this until i reviewed the clip, he reffered "Sharpshooters" but then picked the one closest to him "Sergei Brevic" and told him especially to move out/forward. I naturally but reluctantly come to his assistance and Sergei Brevic and me hide inside the water where people fish. and in no time the whole NSB force begins advancing upon us. They approach us and tell us to surrender, I hesitated. I then unexpectedly and unknowingly unloaded my rifle in the air as i was looking if we were outnumbered in my last seconds i look ahead at the garage and everyone has ran back inside, My Immediate reaction was to turn away and unequip. But the damage was done and they took it with severe hostility. I was shot down and i knew only after the fact what i had done.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: 
I understand when people say "I mean you just have to get over it sometimes" But seeing the series of unfortunate events i still wanted to reach out to the possibility of an understanding. I did NOT mean to unload my rifle, I didnt HEAR my rifle unload and after seeing me pulling the bolt back i got scared and didnt want to believe it, but at that point that was it for me. But I have no issues with going through RP's like this being arrested and questioned it is something that isnt foreign to me even in the real life, i even enjoyed it a while back with the NSB.

Sly, i had things planned in the military and seeing how you appear at most an hour into a faction and play the situation. (whilst having a stone age old obsession with the Innenministerium) tells me you are lacking any self respect to keep things fun and balanced, (A catholic croat that must become muslim by ottoman fist would still practice his catholic faith at home) This is the SITUATION I GOT MYSELF INTO TWICE was working on preventing for others and i have just fallen on the victim end of this act it to an horrible degree and it furthermore it took an unwanted unexpected turn.

You and abandond me and Sergei Brevic as bait, for a retaliation that wasnt coming right then and there. And yes i saw the radio but also too late and why werent you the one telling us? And yes after i rewatched you said "Thats going to be bait" And yes i saw the lone NSB officer but when you refer to something which is ALREADY BAIT you say "Watch out thats bait dont go away"."Oke thats going to be bait", meaning you were refering to us (That is like throwing a foodcan at someone vicinity to distract someone and not even moving or going anywhere, oh and coincidentally you hate the foodcan across 3 different alternate conciences so oh well who cares). (Thats like trying to catch a PDF but not stepping in as your real decoy is there) You didnt tell us to move back. Eitherway RP stays RP even in the act of trying to tear eachother down, but what the fuck, my friend i get it you're not a goldfish but are you an elephant or something? after this whole ordeal you kept screaming about anyone and everything including my crew like you were holding in the fury and anger of 4 lifetimes combined.

Sly, I get that we have had bad encounters with eachother but ive become friends with my greatest enemies sometimes while playing
At the end of the night we all turn the pc's off or close the laptop lids and fall asleep while looking out the window at the stars.

If this does not get accepted i still want to be enlighted and educated and make this a learning moment for me, I just find it a very unfortunate series of events that wasnt meant to be. Footage: https://streamable.com/8p72nv

To be honest, I'm really confused as to why you're even appealing this or what that whole "additional information" section was supposed to prove. You ran from six people who had guns pointed at you. That's a PK. There's not really any ambiguity about what happened.
