Explain why you were PK'd: I was Pk'd during the civil war when I was told that I killed the ordensmarshall during the raid on the MOI and then died to somebody else.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: Well Prime said I was getting pk'd for dying after killing the ordensmarshall, and I didn't argue with him because you know, I don't have access to the logs myself to check.
During a discussion with mewsolini, he told me I should ask for the logs and at the same time Thomas was already there, so I asked him for the logs and when Thomas checked, it said that I wasn't the one to kill the ordensmarshall, so I don't understand why I was pk'd to begin with.

Also, no NSB high command was pk'd during the events of yesterday, I was the only pk alongside the KM and the OM. 

Here are proof I didn't kill the ordensmarshall during the events of yesterday :

I started by dealing 59 hp of damage to the ordensmarhsall, which could've been from anywhere as I was just blindly shooting at the office door during the raid.

Then 9 seconds later, he was shot by a Leutnant

So as shown in the logs, I clearly wasn't the one to pk him.

Additional Information: 

I wasn't specifically trying to kill the OM in this situation, any of the other players going to save the KM could've been pked if we look at it that way!

Yes, hello. 

You were PKd because you breached the office with the intention to murder a member of NHC.
Anyone who died by the Order Marshal when breaching that office was PKd. This including, the Kriegsmarschall and a Panzer.

I do understand better now, but just to clarifiy. Why in this situation did the NSB director, stabsleiter and even Malum Caedo stay alive?
Most of them were killed in this situation, but were not pk'd.

Also, the guy who actually killed him is still alive... I don't know if he died though!

All NHC at the time had been PK active and anyone who had attempted to PK them were also active. 
I went through the logs, everyone who had died when breaching the office was PKd.
