Explain why you were PK'd: The explanation that I was given for my pk was that it was a last resort for me telling the person who had me in custody that I will take him to trial so out of fear of posibal death from the trial they released me but then held me up then had 2 guys in suits shoot me and then my character was banned 

Why should you be un-PK'd?: This is a vary unreasonable  last resort he could have RP'd through it many time and he would have been tried in the Moi court not my court so there was a vary big chance that he would have won the case and that I would be humiliated but he didn't either he was to lazy to do it or he genially thought I could beat him in his owns factions court.

Additional Information: The duration of the event that lead me to be PK'd for 2 hours and long intervals of nothing but just waiting in cuffs

I was in the Military is was acting head Richter of the war courts
