Feldwebel Klaus Fendler: He is a NCO in the Kaisergarde and his duties is to be the Honor guard and to protect the crown and is to recruit competent people into the KG.

Leonidas Kruger: He is the Chief Security Officer (CSO) of the Gottigen, his job would’ve been to make sure security is provided at the Kontinental.

Leutnant Alexander Wolf: He is in the MGD and his duties are to write documents and to gather intelligence

How long have you been roleplaying?: 3 years

Have you received any infractions i.e Notes/Bans? If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?: 

I have received multiple notes as well as bans, however, my last ban was almost 4 months ago. I have learned from these situations and have since then taken roleplay very seriously and have had an amazing time with it.

What previous experience do you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode?

  I was previously a moderator for a small server that used nutscript, however it was quite a while ago.

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more:] 

I believe I would be a good fit for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team as I enjoy helping other players and doing my part to make the server a nice place for everyone. To me being on the staff team is not about getting powers or special treatment. It is about being patient, respectful, fair, and able to handle situations without allowing for emotions to get in the way of an outcome. I believe I have the ability to retain level headedness and represent the staff team well.

 

I want to help the server grow into a fun and inviting  community. I know there will be times when staff members have to deal with player complaints, disagreements, questions. Staff very often have to make decisions that may not favor the ticket recipient, and instead are favored more towards the actual quality of roleplay . With my experience I believe I have the ability to enforce these standards.

 

I understand with my previous history it may be contradictory, but I have come to enjoy the server and follow every rule to a tee. As a staff member I understand we represent the server a fair amount, and I will continue the great vision of prometheus in roleplayers eyes. I would never let my friends or my own opinions affect the decisions I make. Every situation should be looked at fairly through evidence and as someone without conflict of interest. I also understand that there is the possibility for mistakes along the way, and I will listen and learn from anything and everything senior staff members are informing me of.

 

As someone who's active in the community I believe one of my good points is that I am good at talking to people. I like chatting with players and answering questions and helping solve problems before they get too big. With staff representing the server as I previously stated, I understand holding a level of professionalism at all times is a necessity. I ensure to keep any  situations de-escalated and come to the decision as quickly as possible without the unnecessary filler from opposing sides.

 

The main reason I am applying is that I wish to help the Prometheus Networks server succeed as it keeps growing. I want players to have an amazing time every time they join and also make sure the rules are fair. I am willing to stay active and put in the time and do my best to support the community and the Prometheus Networks staff team.

 

 

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]:

 The main job of a staff member is to ensure the server stays fair and fun for everyone. Staff members have to enforce the server rules and respond to player reports. They also have to handle situations such as RDM or rule breaks. Every situation should be handled fairly. Staff members should look at the facts. Treat everyone the same.

 

A huge responsibility of the staff team is to help players whenever a ticket is made and when they require assistance. This means answering questions, helping new players, as well as enforcing any rules such as RDM.The staff team serves as the enforcing factor ensuring all roleplayers have an enjoyable and uninterrupted time. A staff member is not meant to immediately ban someone. A duty as staff is to, instead of banning them, explain and teach on how the rules and operations of the server run. This way they can learn from their mistakes and continue having an enjoyable time. Staff members also overwatch the server as a whole to make sure it continues to run smoothly and without hiccups.

 

Staff members should always be an example for the community. They should be respectful and mature when talking to players, even when things get tough and they wish to lash out. Staff members should work well with the rest of the team and assist in any situations where help and/or assistance is required. If someone on the team gives them advice they should always attempt to improve.

 

Being a staff member is about supporting the community and enforcing the rules fairly. It is about helping players and making sure the server is a place for everyone. The server should be fun and fair for all players. Staff members have a huge role in making this happen and should always try to do their best and make the server a great place for everyone.

 

Notes: I was previously denied around 2 weeks ago, but after talking to Prime I was told that after showing more good behavior I can reapply after 2 weeks.
