Explain why you were PK'd: Aiming a gun by accident at someone dressed as a civilian dragging out an armed forces member

Why should you be un-PK'd?: Feel like it was a bit weird and unfair for me to be pked for apparently aiming at a "minister" who is not even have a description set as a minister or even looks like nothing more than a civilian, 

also the aiming was not intentional, i tried to switch the mp40 to safety but because it requires two toggles, it still looked like i was aiming at him, so i get the misunderstanding from him but i would understand me being arrested but not straight up pked for it?

Thank you for taking the time to create a PK Appeal. After review of your clip, on multiple occasions it can been seen that your gun was not on safety. You should have fixed your weapon, not continue to walk right up to somebody dragging a detained member of the military and pointing an MP-40 at point-blank range.

 

Furthermore, the user's outfit and description is irrelevant. You do not know somebody is important because of a description, or because what they wear. Read the room and assess the crowd surrounding said person!
