Assistant Stephen Weber; works in the department of procurement, Former Chief Quartermaster of the Navy, daily life is wake up make some money mining maybe help citizens acquire thiers to make money of their own. Then as the day progresses more people wake up and i commit to my duties as a civil worker selling guns and attending meetings with the Ministry.

What previous experience do you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode?

Been playing Gmod for years, used to run and dev my own nutscript servers and other servers alike, assisted with other projects over the years. Currently have moved on to modding on Dayz and helping Develop the Infamous STALKER Beyond Dayz RP server. But more specifically i do have quite a bit of experience albeit Rusty cause i havent fucked around with moderation on nutscript ina long time but im sure i can shake off the cobwebs.

 

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]:
Im 24 years of age, ive had plenty of experience on Garry’s mod seeing as ive been playing this game since like 2014 or someshit. Ive been playing for around a week now and from what ive seen you could use some more staff earlier in the morning when some crazy bullshit happens sometimes, granted its early in the morning not many people around but sometimes even in those times shenanigans can get out of hand. Like people refusing to be arrested and ending up leaving the server to avoid the punishment but when no one's around you're kinda just left with killing that person over and over again if they are trying to harm you over and over again you get my point. Additionally I feel like I could bring another set of eyes to situations or when in need of feedback for the RP of the server ive seen alot and done alot; my pov or ideas could very well be the next thing you need to progress the server, who knows. I'm a mature individual and try to look at things non bias’d as humanly possible when faced with situations that require mediation (staff needed to look at a he said she said thing etc). I believe my experiences would benefit the team in the way of Integrity and Responsibility. I'm not trying to race through the ranks of staff I don't seek power in that way. I'm coming out of my way, taking time out of my day and life to assist where I can when I can because I see something with great potential to provide some Immersive and enjoyable roleplay at the end of the day. Hopefully with all this youll consider me for the position, i have ALOT of free time on my hands and ive been really enjoying the server so far despite the occasional GMOD troll. You the staff team have obviously put in a insurmountable about of work and dedication into hosting this on Gmod of all places.
 

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]:
In my capacity as a moderator, I will be tasked with ensuring that players adhere to the server rules while ensuring a fun and fair atmosphere for role-play. Whenever I'm not role-playing my character, I will be looking out for players who violate the rules, dealing with in-game tickets and helping out in whatever way possible. Among my responsibilities will be discouraging activities such as RDM, trolling among others which go against the server rules. According to the severity of the rule breach, I will apply penalties such as gagging, muting, freezing, kicking or even banning the offenders according to server policies. When carrying out administrative tasks, I will be invisible in order to maintain professionalism. I am confident that I am the right person for the job because I am active, fair and can stay calm during trying times. I am fully aware that I will need to enforce the rules fairly without discriminating against anyone.

While your experience in Nutscript is great! Typically, you need to be at 1 Week or very close to it for staff.
