Bro was held at gunpoint by 3 people and still chose to fight us... when he obviously shoulda given up.

If a user is under FearRP and does not stop moving under gunpoint or tries to fight back and dies, you can request a PK. This is an IC Issue. The user has broken no Server Rules, therefore this is Invalid.
