Explain why you were PK'd:  The reason I was PK was because I lost a gunfight in a "fail RP raid" I believe he said. As a Landezpolizei I drove past the garage and heard gunfire coming from the blue warehouse just before you leave the Urban city. I stopped my car, kicked down the door and went inside, head some guy torturing some other feller in a black box (custom prop) and snuck up on him with my pistol. I think I made some noise cause suddenly a rifle was poking through the box and I panicked, firing a couple of shot before seeing the black coat of an NSB feller, so I turned around, reloaded and started to type to apologize but was shoot in the back.

Why should you be un-PK'd?:  The building I entered is completely unmarked and more or less similar to the other warehouses around it (I checked and the door doesnt even have a name) and I didn't know it was a "base" and what I was doing was a "raid" I just heard gunfire so like a Action hero cop I kicked down the door and entered; though truthfully I'll admit that I did lose the firefight, even if I did try to apologize and leave.

Additional Information: I don't know if it counts, but I really like this character, it is the first character I've ever made, the same I've kept since joining the server in 2022, and I've always RP the outcome that let Gereon "Rat" Rath survive, no matter what. THis whole situation felt to me that it lacked RP and was just a common occurrence rather than something worthy a PK.

Hello, I was the staff member who PKed your character. You, as LAPO, kicked down the door of an active Foundation building and had your gun out. The Foundation returned fire, and you were killed. I found it appropriate because you not only kicked in a door, but also fired the first shots. That was my conclusion; my reasoning was the starting the gunfight and lost.

Thank you for taking the time to create a PK Appeal. After review and with comment from the PK'ing Staff Member, the PK is Valid. You died after initiating a gunfight when you broke into a restricted building.
