Heres the whole story cover to cover: I was afk covering my car and taking a shit standing on the side of the road with no weapons on my back and not breaking any laws. I return from my shit to being handcuffed. I ask why am I being arrested and the smooth brain nsb agents tell me because I did not show id when asked for it. I call staff to come to my rescue against these rulebreakers and get told to thug it out and roleplay the scene out, I do ending in my death and stripping of my expensive firearms from my inventory. after I die I call another staff ticket to report the rulebreakers. I show the admin the rule that was broken "If an individual is detained/tied without continuous sufficient roleplay (being trialed, interrogated, etc.) for 15 minutes, then the individual must be released. If it is found that a player is not being interacted with sufficiently then by staff discretion they can be released" the staff member then tells me again in a angry tone of voice i told you to rp it out  and then I was banned.  

 

I'm now currently banned for trying to expose server rule breakers. 

They don't give you godly powers as staff so you can do whatever you want they give it to you to uphold the rules. maybe try it sometime so I Don't have to get banned for making a ticket against a rulebreaker.

You were not banned for 'calling out rulebreakers', you were banned after making 7 Tickets and refusing to RP out a situation which was wholly an in-character issue. UA had to intervene as you wouldn't take no for an answer after speaking to several different staff members. You entirely disregarded what Lawson had to say and then disconnected because you didn't get your way.

 

We understand that being detained isn't fun, but you are expected to RP it out just like everyone else. You were not AFK, you unequipped a Mauser just before a Hauptwehrmann detained you.

Hi @Rizo

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal. After reviewing your appeal there are some troubling discrepancies that I notice, the main one being you believing that the NSB agents are breaking server rules by tying you when you are AFK. To put this bluntly, there is no such thing as your character being 'AFK'. It doesn't make sense in terms of RP. Our rules provide no protections for players that just decide to walk away, leaving their chars standing still in the RP environment. 

The 15 minute rule you have quoted has nothing to do with your situation. If you truly were away from your computer then how exactly do you know how long you were detained for? That rule is meant for players who have been arrested, taken to jail, and left there to rot. Clearly there was more to this situation than as you state given the statement from Vixx, so your dishonesty only adds further fuel to the fire.
