Explain why you were PK'd: I'm not sure of the exact reason but I'd assume NHC Order, as no trial or anything was hosted. I was killed for not being handed over to the Armed Forces by the MoI, and being told to leave as I was dismissed by the NSB, and upon being found stuck behind a literal rock, staff dragged me away from it, and Feld immediately put me in cuffs, had me lined up and shot.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: I've had all of my transfer documents legalized and approved both my commanding officer, the chief of 18th Police Company, and by the Kriegsverwaltungsburo Abkommandant. I eagerly said my goodbyes to the friends I've made in the Feldjagers and left to meet with the Ordensmarschall, who was the receiving signatory on my documents. Upon meeting with him, he was informed that the Kriegsmarschall wished to meet with him ASAP, where they just talked about "the OM's plans for the future", a really irrelevant topic to this situation. Upon it all ending, the KM wasn't too bothered about me transferring until Oberst Portsmith stepped in and said he'll get a warrant on me, which caused an issue. The Armed Forces have arrived outside of the OM's office, where the conflict escalated to two general ranking officers getting detained, but being released shortly after talks with the MoI command staff. I was dragged to an office by the NSB and told to stay there, 15-20 minutes later, I was released and told to leave the MoI. I asked if I could meet with the Ordensmarschall about my transfer, and they accepted my request, but to my demise, he simply said "Not now, Denis. Wait for me in the lobby." ; and so I did. Around 15 minutes  later, I asked if the OM was coming and was told by a member of the Ordensritter that he is leaving the city. I should've been put into my MoI uniform ages before all of that, but it was just poorly executed and useless meetings were being accepted over it. The armed forces tried arguing that there was some ordinance on every single external transfer requiring the signature of the department chief, and said policy was nowhere to be found, not in any transfer channel, nor was it within the Feld Information, considering they are the military police and should uphold military law and policies it just seems illogical to me as to how this argument was valid in the first place. I was told to get somewhere safe by the NSB because, as I was told by them, the army is here to have me killed, so as any sane man I got out of the MoI and just ran, afraid for my life, through the woods and on my way into the city again, a bunch of cars filled with armed personnel were approaching, so I tried hiding under a rock to wait for them to pass, but eventually got stuck, and the Royal Treasurer so happened to spot me there and that caught armys attention, and it all led to me getting thrown in cuffs, dragged to the BB, and despite my pleas and demands to go to court of law so I can prove I'm an innocent man, and already rightfully a member of  the Interior, just not properly uniformed, I got put on a pole and shot. That is on others to blame, not a Grenadier who was told to sit in an office and wait for the situation to be resolved, then being abandoned and told to go away. The Kriegsmacht Transfer Papers quote "By signing this document, I hereby acknowledge that this transferee will no longer be my responsibility, but that of the new commanding officer." ; so therefore, I was not supposed to be subject to an arrest by the Field Hunters at all, nor was I committing any crimes that would have me killed, or even put any charges on my head. The PK really wasn't used as last resort either as I wasn't fighting back, but simply being afraid for my life due to others warning me about the armed forces trying to kill me.

Additional Information:

The only reason why I care so much to appeal this PK is due to firstly how unfair it was,  as well as due to this character being literally ancient with a long history, and is very well decorated, despite its current rank. The character has been with me in my roleplay journey since the very first day I joined Prometheus (very late 2023), and this was such a stupid way to have it killed for simply wanting to transfer, as a Grenadier! I'd also suggest a Name PK if this gets accepted in the end, as I believe some RP has already taken place regarding this situation!
