Ban Appeal - im am so confused

Why were you banned?: NITRP | Cringe

Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: 

I am not shure if i deserve to be unbanned, or if i even need to be - what i want is an explanation for the ban???
I was literally just doing my duties guarding the ICC gate when i saw an NSB member kicking down a door - when i looked to investigate it found out it was Whoreson
I go to him and ask him what the fuck he is doing and why he is kicking down our door - i literally just followed protocol of a CO being with a foreign faction member while in the ICC.

I didnt even try to stop them, i literally just wanted to follow as is protocol in our literal military code

He then told me to kill myself (???) and told me how he is a prophet and when he says something it happens - referencing the kriegsmarshall that literally died two seconds ago
I took this as a OOC threat to PK me because he emphasized so much on me killing myself is going to happen because he is such a prophet, so i left the scene after saying in in LOOC that you cant even roleplay anymore (as i - from my position assumed it was a OOC PK threat by the Server owner)
Like im sorry i confused the threat as an OOC threat, but thats taken as a Ban reason now?

Then he pulls me back, tells me how retarted i am and when i try to say something over chat (because i couldnt talk at the moment) im banned
I am genuinly just so confused as to why, i can only play 2 days a week and now one of those days is just gone for a small messup

Like sorry for the misunderstanding, but was resulting to a ban immediatly really necessary?

Iornically enough, you are the one who was not RPing. You took my OOC position and used that knowledge to influence your IC decisions. 

I released the indiviudal from my custody who then went on to coup the Kriegsmarschall. That's why I said, "I am something of a prophet, I am an orcale." I was referencing that I just orchestrated the death of the KM and killing you wouldn't be difficult.

You are the one who decided to make this an OOC issue instead of an IC one. If you genuinely cannot understand how I wouldn't allow behavior like that, then I don't know what to tell you. People like you make it impossible for me to play my own server because you use the fact I own the server as a means to cope with your inability to fight me. Cringe.

But you as a person are very intimidating, and i beg you to try to put yourself in my shoes
Ive been playing on your server for almost 6 years, and respected you ever since - but im gonna be honest when i say that i was simalteneously afraid of interacting with you because of situations like these

With no other person on the server would i have been banned in a situation like this, wich is exactly why i am afraid of interacting with you
