Rules Broken (Provide evidence for each): I was RDMed twice, Both incidents had happened driving around in a car. We need some mods online right now. (it stopped, this is an edit.)

Once again, it is impossible to make an informed decision as you have not provided a clip to provide a full picture of the scenario - you would be told the exact same thing in a sit room by a member of Lower Administration. I suggest you download Medal so you are able to capture these situations and report them in-game in the future.
