How long have you been roleplaying?: Long time since I was young. Only began GMOD Rp recently.

 

Have you received any infractions, i.e., notes/bans? If so, what were they for, and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time? Got a warning for metagaming when my first character (that  i can remember) got PK’d but nothing else. Just don't radio in when getting illegally detained

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks staff team? [300 words or more]:

I believe I should work for the staff team because I am always looking for ways to give back to this network. The mods have always been so helpful, even in helping me around and finding my way. 

I am very good at mediating and fixing issues, and I’d be very knowledgeable on issues to answer questions. I would describe myself as very non-biased, being able to step in when needed to stop an argument. When Berlin was still going, I was on almost every day. Even when I wasn’t staff, I was ending arguments and stopping things from escalating.

An issue I saw, all to often, even with myself, that there was never any staff online or available when they were needed most, like PKs or discharges, and I plan to be a solution to that. If given the chance, I will be on and active when people need admins most, even late at night when most mods aren’t needed. 

Another issue I saw, which was a lot rarer, was admins taking tickets and then not doing anything at all. Not talking to the person who made the ticket, not doing anything. You can trust that I would never do anything like that and I would aid greatly in whoever was in need.
In conclusion, I would be a great addition to the mod team because of my promises and my willingness to do all in my power to help those who needed it, no matter what it was (unless I didnt have the power to do it, of course), and my willingness to be active whenever I can to aid. I ask that you consider my request greatly and I await your response greatly. I promise that there will be no open-ended and inactive tickets with me in charge.
 

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more. 

The duties and responsibilities of the position depend greatly on, obviously the rank of the admin, but I would say the duties include stopping disputes, helping in roleplays, and of course, aiding in recruitments throughout the whole server. An example would be if two admins were disputing a PK on charge of metagaming, I could step in and offer my perspective if given the chance, like a fresh pair of eyes on a topic. Other duties could also include ensuring that everyone is included in the roleplay. Say a Landespolizei member leaves a citizen in a cell. I would go find a CO or a large group and tell them to roleplay with the person in the cell or I would let them out, that way they couldn’t just leave people in cells and forget about them, because that isn’t ethical. One last duty may include keeping Prometheus guidelines. An instance of this would be citizens or even military/interior members spouting  rhetoric not allowed on the server that may get Prometheus as a whole punished. I would take whoever it is aside and carefully explain that they can’t do that. If they continued to do that, then I would begin punishments like gagging or even kicking/banning them for mic spamming/being a degenerate.
