PK Appeal Jean Bouchard

K stands for a Permanent-Kill. For a permanent-kill to occur, it must follow the PK Guidelines. Once a character is PK'd, all access to the character is lost. The only way to gain access to said character is to appeal the PK, and have it accepted under the pretense the PK did not follow PK guidelines. An individual has 72 hours to appeal their PK.

Explain why you were PK’d:
A member of the VSK believed I was attempting to rob him while other people were nearby.

Why should you be un-PK’d?
I believe the situation was misunderstood. I wasn’t trying to rob him; I was joking around. His NCO was telling him to stop pointing a gun at him, and I thought it would be funny to do the same.

I wouldn’t have attempted to rob a VSK member in front of two government officials, as that would have been a very foolish decision. I’ve also included a clip recorded by a witness. If you listen closely toward the end, you can hear the witness saying that I was joking.

Both witnesses will also post on the forum to confirm that I was joking and was not attempting to rob anyone.

I would also like to apologize for my reaction after the incident. I know I said some harsh things, and that was wrong. Thank you, Soap, for helping me and calming me down after the PK. I enjoy being part of this community, and that hasn’t changed.

I was next to him during this and I can say that his actions were not serious and a PK was unreasonable.

Hello Lionking, you were PKed for 2 reasons: the initial involement of yourself in this mugging event with the two VSK soldiers, and for your words afterward, as you specifically told him you were going to get a gun and kill him. You gambled your life to save that guy and failed. I also have a clip of the situation, and your friend told you to quick-draw, and, of course, the VSK soldier shot you down. Your language on your return to the situation was also rude, not needed, and gave the VSK member a reason to kill you as you threatened to kill him once you got a gun. In these situations, lionking, if you are gunned down like that, I would implore you to not go back to the situation to threaten or belittle the man that already gunned you down.

Also, I want to remind you that this is an RP server; imagine you aimed a gun at a mugger but then said, "I'm joking"; it probably would not go very well.

I understand but i wasn't mugging and all the people are saying i clearly wasn't and 2 i clearly wasn't trying to save him and its super obvious with the clip
