Klaus Rieger PK Appeal

[Wojtek]

Character's name & rank: Gefreiter Klaus Rieger

SteamID (STEAM_0:X:XXX): 76561199014292349

Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): N/A

Explain why you were PK'd: I Parked my car in the city while nudging the car next to me, when 3 police officers approached me asking why I had crashed into the car. I said I had barley hit it and would pay for a repair if it was their car. The lead officer ignoring what I had just said told me to put away my gun that was on safety and began counting from 5. I tried reasoning with him but he just finished the count and killed me. Shortly after I respawned  I was taken to the character select screen and told my character was banned.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: I feel like the escalation of force was unnecessary and the situation could've been resolved Differently. Along with being a member of the MP which I thought would allow the law enforcement officers to give me the benefit of the doubt, and try to have a conversation before resorting to violence.
