Character's name & rank:  Peter Smokes / Civilian

SteamID (STEAM_0:X:XXX): https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561199151546911/

Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): Maverick

Explain why you were PK'd: No idea, crashed out during the time I was PK'ed

Why should you be un-PK'd?: First and foremost I was in the public while crashed out, so I see no issue there. Furthermore I've got no idea for the reason.

Additional Information: Nah

You were breaking Fearrp and got killed as a result. Someone requested your PK and when i pulled you to a sit, i thought u were pretending to be AFK because i saw u moving before the sit so i issued the charban. Ill let UA decide from here.

You got shot in the leg and were held at gunpoint after you decided that it was a good idea to trespass. You came to a conclusion that your character's life was not worth keeping, therefore you started punching everyone around you instead of giving up and surrendering. I cannot see this ending in any other way. Classic PK
