What previous experience so you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode?: Yes, I was a mod for a soviet server that is long dead and a mod on other WW2 server that is now dead aswell.

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I try my best making this as long as possible like when you made essay for school you try to length things out. Again lot of yapping but I believe I’d be a good fit for the staff team because I’m willing to put in the time and effort to support the server and its community. I may not know everything about being staff on Prometheus yet, but I’m always ready to learn from the other staff members and improve. I understand that the role comes with a lot of responsibility, and I would take it seriously. I also know how important it is for staff to be active. Players can need help at any time, whether they’re stuck in a wall or dealing with someone breaking the rules. I’d do my best to stay involved and help whenever I can. But yet real-life is still a thing, so I might not be on then due to needing to deal with that can come up, of course, but I’d still make an effort to use my free time to support the server. I think I’d also bring a fair and open-minded approach. I’m willing to listen to people and hear both sides before making a decision. I know how frustrating it is when a staff member seems biased, and I’d never want players to feel that way when interacting with me. I’d aim to stay calm, treat people fairly, and follow the server’s rules when handling situations. I also have some experience moderating other servers. Those servers have since shut down, but I still learned a lot about working with a community and being part of a staff team. I know there’s more for me to learn, and I’m comfortable asking questions again its not a big problem for me. Truly want to learn. Ultimately, I want to join the staff team because I enjoy playing on this server and want to help make it a good place for everyone. I’m not applying just for permissions or the chance to noclip around the city though it would be fun. But truly I genuinely want to help players, support this great community, and work with the rest of the staff team. I’m also open to feedback and willing to learn from my mistakes. I may be new to some aspects of the role, but I’m ready to put in the effort. If given the opportunity, I’ll do my best to be helpful, responsible, and reliable.

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: To me, a staff member’s main job is to make sure the server stays fair, welcoming, and fun for everyone. That means helping players follow the rules, take roleplay seriously, and show respect for the community. Since not everyone will follow the rules, staff need to be ready to step in when issues come up. Staff members should also be there to answer questions, offer help, and respond to reports. Before making a decision, they should hear both sides of the story. No one wants to deal with a staff member who’s already chosen a side before listening. It’s important to stay calm and treat everyone fairly, even when friends are involved. Staff also help protect the server from people who try to spoil the experience, such as hackers, exploiters, trolls, or anyone disrupting roleplay. At the end of the day, being staff is about more than handing out punishments. It’s about supporting players and fellow staff members and helping everyone enjoy their time on the server.
