How long is your ban for?: 2Weeks "Getting it down to Three days with UA"

Why were you banned?: "MRDMx2, NITRP, POS"

Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: The Moderator Failed to Provide any Evidence of this ever Occouring or bring me to a Sit untill i PMd him on Discord, at which point he said "it was an Accident" including that "Three people saw me RDMing, and that he had the right to ban me."  I have just returned from a Ban, and a Break afterwards, just to be Banned for an Invalid Reason once i returned. I would like this Ban to be Taken off record if i am found Innocent, and would like to thank you for Reading. EDIT: The video that has been sent once i asked the admin shows me killing One person since he "wanted it up his Ass" and a second person for Aiming at me, clearly getting me into FEARRP, permitting me to Retaliate at my Discression, perchance getting PKD. I did not die, although that is irrelevant.

Additional Information: Admin failed to Provide me with any information untill i repetetively asked him.

I helped Skipper fix the ban before you posted the appeal

Since your main argument is that Skipper didn't provide immediate evidence, it is at Skipper's discretion to show you the evidence or not, even though he was kind enough to do so.

Hello, Jack. Thank you for Replying.

As i have mentioned beforey the civilian asked me to stick it into him, clearly asking me to kill him. I compensated him after he returned. As for the luftwaffe showed a clear clip of him pointing a weapon at me, i still feel this is unjust due to FearRP.

As for this, is just a simple attack unto me. I have said prior that i just returned from a break, and a just ban. There is no awareness in him being new or old, everyone makes mistakes. But those mistakes should be made aware of. That is the reason i am making this Unban request, i didnt break any rules and i was clearly roleplaying the encounter, and after the encounter. Might i add this all occoured when we had 25 pop, major downtime. This does not change much, but the streets were empty and no RP was happening.

The clip you provided clearly shows you and a friend killing several people who are fishing. What is your explanation for killing all of those people?

This is not an acceptable excuse to break rules. "Minge hour" does not exist.

as i have said multiple times up above, i killed two people. a civilian who asked for it, after which i refunded him, and the luftwaffe for aiming his weapon at me. what the other person,(luftwaffe) did is none of my business, as i am incapable of controlling another users mouse and keyboard.
