I want to apologise for refusing to stop for a feldgendarmerie personnel after i unintentionally punched him, He insulted me whilst cornering me in a room in the ICC which i felt wasn't right so i retaliated by pushing him out of the way before running out. I failed to realise i was in the wrong. I've realised the consequences for my actions and i wish i can apologise face to face. I left right after since its 11pm in iceland.
