Why should you be un-PK'd?:  the person who called the admin lied and said he was attempting  to detain me, me and major klaus deker were outside the icc gates and i was shot at byt someone so i shot back and i died, i was then pulled into a sit and was told i was getting pkd i asked why and the admin told me that he didnt have time to explain and i was then promptly banned, i was also being forced to delete my other character by members of the war court.  i was given an unfair trial at 1 am and no admin was on 

Additional Information: i want my character back because i worked hard to get where i was
