Explain why you were PK'd: It was during an armed confrontation against the MOI in front of Fishing.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: I believe i should be un pk'd because of  circumstance and rp zones, i also believe i was discriminated against for my culture and language, multiple members that are Brazilian were discriminated against by the moi and nsb and i believe i as targeted for my language and culture, I personally have nothing against to be called "Brazilian", but there are certain things that shouldn't be said, and one of the clips proves this, being to discriminate on the level that was done by certain people, I personally disagree with their attitude, to several people of other ethnicities and languages on the server and nothing happens to them. Along with this, members of Heer were also approached in fishing animation by members of the MOI.

+1 the arrest that started this was done on someone that was just fishing for no reason and they prop abused by spawning a prop in front of him to stop him from fishing. VW and NSB have been targeting the Brazilians before for no reason as well.

+1 the NSB made it clear they were going to cause trouble yet they always get away claiming it to be joking or their job yet all he did was give a normal response that even a NSB general would probably have done the same thing as the racist remarks being made to them would allow this response

I watched a clip of you telling everyone to open fire. If you were being harassed for something OOCly, you should have made a report on the forums. Taking it ICly and essentially Mass RDMing is on you, not anyone else. It would have been resolved by staff if you would have followed procedure, however, you failed to do anything of the sort.

No one gives a flying shit about you being Brazilian. I personally get called Amerimutt on a daily basis, eurotard gets thrown around at others, certain Swedes are made fun of constantly, and most of us are all good friends or just move on. If you did not believe this type of behavior to be in some trolly sort of spirit, once again, you should have reported it to staff. 

Furthermore, you and a bunch of other Brazilian's just saying they're going to quit now because one of you were PK'd does not instill me with any sort of confidence that you guys will be sticking around for any amount of time. Quit, stay, do nothing, it is up to you. But don't expect me to undo your PK due to your actions.
