thoughts about night time

would you or would you not wanted night time added, i want to know what people honestly think.

Think about it, night time, a curfew being added, and Intelligence agency pulling covert operations in the night, doesnt that sound cool?

it sounds cool and all, but the effort that will needed to be put in into changing the day isnt worth it. lighting would be scuffed and theres no need for a night time unless its during the more dead hours to add realism. i just dont see a point in adding this unless there was some actual change that influenced the server. sorry.

I used to do tf2 maps in hammer, There must be a simple way to implement it into the skybox at a minimum and setup a few different lights for the street lamps etc, its a cool idea and id like to see it in berlin.

I haven't made maps in almost a decade and I know hammer is a bit different for each program so I may be wrong.

More work than it'll ever be worth.

 

You could try systems like Atmos but they'll lag the server to high heaven.

You could try switching maps but then you ruin RP situations, people's drug operations, and so on.
