The same players return not even 3 minutes later breaking NLR to revenge RDM us

These two players were minging around killing players for no reason
16345  is seen in clip #2 where this matrose helps the civilian revenge RDM us, its hard to see but you can see the blue uniform faintly
16643  repeatedly RDM'd myself and another player several times
