Explain why you were PK'd: I wasn't answering questions the way NSB wanted me to and I was pk'd for it.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: I was arrested at first for smoking a cigar and blew my smoke away from the officer. Was wrongfully arrested and dossiered

Hello 

Thank you for using the forums to appeal something you feel was unjust. 
I was the staff member who issues the PK. 
Unfortunately you were offline before I could explain in a sit what had occurred. 

The NSB agent wished to search your pockets after you had been arrested. 
For the NSB agent it said you were AFK. 
Therefore the NSB agent asked you to move while placing a gun to your head. (Fear RP)

In return you shrugged off the gun having no fear for your life. 
You were given more then amble time to move.

I thought shrugging was enough movement. I was a little unclear what he meant by move. I get guns pointed at me a lot in my experience rping on the server but i didn't believe he was gonna shoot me. Just seemed like a scare tactic especially when I'm blindfolded.

The PK guideline you fell under was "Being killed while not abiding by Fear-RP"

It was made very clear to you when you had a gun pointed at your head that if you did not move you would be shot and yet you still refused to move so you were shot.
