one of them was my brother i showed him the server the other one was becuase the reason was none and when i tryed to make an appeal the first time the fourms  was down

So you tried to circumvent a ban to show your brother the server by making an alt account thus getting perma'd, then the forums were down so you decided it'd be a good idea to do it again? Ya know taking responsibility goes a long way for appeals but untill that happens I'd say this one's cooked, good luck!

You can make a new ban appeal in two weeks explaining the reasoning for your first initial ban and why you attempted to evade the ban twice.

I'd also recommend for your new appeal to use a better excuse rather than "My brother logged onto my account and tried to ban evade".
