Why should you be un-PK'd?: It breaks the pk rules:

3. Not using PKs as a LAST resort.
4. 4 Attempt to resolve the matter using other means which don't involve PKing first, unless it is deemed impossible, and agreed upon by the approving staff member.
5. 6. PKing for solely doing work legally within one's job.

Ranks have meaning, and a Private openly disrespecting a General, in a setting where political power moves are everything, is practically suicide.
