Speed Radars on all Police vehicles (or just Lapo cars)

Description of the idea: Well, it would just a small UI that would only display when you was in the car that would read out how fast you are going in your car ONLY from the front. Something like this. 

Why should this be added?: Well, I think this would add some interesting roleplay scenarios for the Landespolizei and other policing forces. This would be useful to actually calculate speed since on the German Penal Code, there is a section that has speeding infractions but however there is no way to determine how fast that vehicle is going in court since there is no radars which defeats the whole purpose of the speeding crimes.

What negatives could this have?: People more than likely will get mad at actually having their speed calculated when being followed by LAPO

Additional information: If this suggestion is to be approved, I would like this to able to be used ICly in court as evidence. And only from the frontside would it be calculated.

+1 I think this would add a lot to the policing forces when it comes to pulling over speeders

I don't see what this would really add. I've never seen LaPo actually do traffic enforcement anyways.

 We're in 1940 and the first radar gun was used by one town in 1947.

How do you wish to use it ICly? You are not able to screenshot or video of it. It would still be your word against the defendant.

I love you for trying to add more to the LaPo. I do. LaPo my beloved, and we do spend a lot of time doing traffic enforcement. Sadly, though, this just wouldn't provide any benefit.

-You're a cop. Just say "They were speeding." "How do you know?" "Many years on the job.". It'd be so he-said, she-said, that it would provide the exact same as claiming you used a traffic gun
