Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: I don't know why I was banned in the first point, I didn't Mass RDM

Additional Information: the only reason I can think it was mass rdm is a lapo character was coming up to the gates pass out checkpoint in this vehicle and after numerous attempts to stop him, He drove off and ran over one of our Felds and we opened fire on him, I was on for while after that and didn't get no sit, no ALT + F4 from my part and was on my phone standing on the rooftop of the gate at the ICC building and No admins talked to me or put me in a sit, tried getting on and saw I was banned for one week.
