Props and as a Innocent joke I blocked the entrance to the bank for five secs the server wasnt really active like there were ten people so it didnt do anything really.

I am very sorry for that and I beg you becuse I want to create things.

A member of Upper Administration, Crafve, had denied your previous appeal - he stated, "More effort needed.". I feel this appeal is extremely lazy. For the simple fact you have copy and pasted your last appeal...

 

Simply trying to justify your actions due to 'the server wasn't really active' is extremely poor and does not prove to anyone your willingness to change or that you have learnt/understood what you done wrong.

 

I believe there is a possibility for your Appeal to be accepted as it has been Two Months since your flags were blacklisted, HOWEVER, I highly suggest you put some effort and context into your appeal instead of pasting an already denied appeal.
