It's pretty straightforward, you were about to be arrested, so you initiated a gunfight in an attempt to evade being captured, but you failed.

If you have any questions or would like to provide more insight then I will be glad to give a more detailed response, but you put no effort into this appeal so I wont either.

I was driving and exited my car at the Femina. I then ran inside and used the sewer door in it to access the sewers. Adrian went down after me and i pointed my gun at him, he then shot me. He tried to PK me one time and it was declined, He tried again and it was declined a further time. the third time he did and i was PK'd, i want to be unPK'd due to the fact that it was declined to prior times and i think it was unjust

Not only was the PK valid, but you proceeded to make another character and hunt the person who PKed you after this, in clear violation of our rules.
