Explain why you were PK'd: I believe the reason would be breaking of FearRP, as I was slowly walking backwards when people were pointing weapons in my face telling me to stop moving. I was very confused as to why Luftwaffle, shouting Military Intelligence, breached the LF and didnt think about the orders given very clearly. 

Why should you be un-PK'd?: MGD had the manpower ,and competence, to successfully surround and detain me which would have prevented the PK. From previous experienced with Staff, the rules are that a PK should be issued as a last resort and when the, in this case, arresting units have attempted all possible, within reason, actions to avoid a shooting. This was not done to me as the MGD simply gave me a few orders, didnt try and block me, and simply opened fire. 

Additional Information: This appeal was written by The_noobyBG (@the_noobybg) per request of the appealing individual (@kornythedragon) in hopes for a better written appeal. Both questions were answered in the point of view of the appealing individual.

Hello I am the staff member that approve your PK,

The Reason you were PK'd was because your friend broke FearRP. (Evidence Below) I Understand that you said that "PK should be Last resort", but the problem was that your friend was given multiple warnings to stop moving by the MGD (That were holding guns at him) and your friend chose not to which they had every right to shoot you because your friend was not following their orders while under gunpoint. Also, for future appeals, please have your friend make the appeal so we know who is the person that was directly involved with the PK.

Firstly, I'll keep in mind that I shouldn't be making appeals on someone's behalf in the future, I was told that such things have been done before.

Secondly, I understand that Hansel broke FearRP, but what I am trying to argue is that Character PK was not used as a last resort, as stated in 'Following is NOT Permitted' No.3. I would completely understand another form of punishment, such as a demotion or rank lock and such, but MGD had the manpower and resources to surround and detain him, as he was slow walking away from them and not running.

According to the clip I received, the Unterfeldwebel blatantly ignored the manpower and weapons trained on him. Realistically, he shouldn't have begun to retreat when confronted by numerous men wielding weapons, especially when they were providing him with countdowns and opportunities to stand down before they unleashed their fire. I feel that in this case you misinterpreted the guidelines you previously had just stated. From my understanding, they weren't intended to PK anyone until he blatantly disregarded the FearRP guidelines. You are attempting to place the blame on the MGD for "not doing it correctly," but it's evident that the Unterfeldwebel is the one who ignored the MGD's commands. Lastly, I'd like to add on to the fact that he was surrounded at the end; however, the problem was that there would be no way to block him in if he kept on taking steps back. If he had been shuffling back slowly instead of simply stepping back, the scene would have unfolded quite differently. This clip clearly shows that they had no intention of shooting anyone and were only there to incite arrests; whether those arrests were legal or not, they were still within their boundaries. Also, 8 minutes after this event, he left the city, as whenever I'm carrying out a PK, I always make sure to hear the other side before I take any action. When I did try and bring him into a sit, he had already left.

You attempted to walk away when 3 men had you under gunpoint giving you orders to stop, asking them for papers..... then  telling them to "Shoot then."

 

Breaking fearrp will always result in a pk.
