Basic Information Section
IC Character names, ranks, and brief overview of their duties/everyday activities in a list format: Hauptmann- Kyle Whiteford. My duties are to recruit and train new enlisted and members of the heer to ensure they are fit for battle and duties. Due to my rank I am also regularly tasked with protecting/guarding CO’s in my faction whether it be in or out of the ICC I am also incharge of the 2 infantry.

How long have you been roleplaying?:4 months 

Have you received any infractions i.e Notes/Bans? If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?:

I have one note for Prop Abuse. The note was on Oct 9th. I will make sure to use props for the correct reasons in the future, it was a silly mistake I made and I do not want to do it again. I have never broken any other rules on the server and will not do it again.

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]:

I believe I should be picked for the staff team as I am a good leader and I can fully make sure all rules are followed to the T. It is extremely important that all members of the community follow the rules enforced and I want to help make sure it happens. I am  able to make informed decisions, for RDM’s and other issues I know that I can handle and deal with a situation appropriately. Another reason why I think I should be picked is because I am a very fast learner, as I said I have no previous or past experience but I am willing to learn and want to take the time to get to know how things work and what best to do to conduct myself in the correct way on the staff team. I am eager to take tickets and help out members o f the community, answer questions, do uniform changes, faction hangs, ranks and more.

 

I know that a staff member is held to a high standard for all members of the community, I need to be a role model for people round me with and outwith roleplay and I am certain I can provide that and be the person they look up to and see as a model for behavior and following rules and guidelines. - If a Mod can't uphold this then they are not a good fit for any team, so I wish to be able to follow those categories and be the right person for the staff team. 

 

I feel as though some people may dismiss this application due to my low playtime, however I am just over the time needed in the Staff Guidelines and thought why not start early, it gives me the time and space to learn at my pace and work towards getting better and better as I go along.

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]:

The duties and responsibilities of a Staff Member and most importantly a Moderator which I am applying for is to ensure all rules are followed within the server. To make sure people can RP and get ranks changed, transferred, and have a fun time. It is a Moderator's job to enforce the rules but also be fair and not unjust, to listen to both sides of the story and view evidence to make an informed decision.

Duties can vary, often people need uniforms changed and ranks which is cool - however you also get tickets for RDM, Rule breaks, Cheating which is also at the responsibility of staff. It would mean having both people in a sit and viewing evidence, checking logs and making sure that no one is lying and uncovering the truth so that no one is left without the correct information and they can all be happy and continue to RP.

+1 I have seen them active within berlin and the forums mainly reading and noting things as well as always reading up on things. Makinging sure any commands are obeyed and met. Overall I am willing to see where this goes.

+1 I am his chief in the heer and I havnt seen a more dedicated and active member of the officer corp than him. He has taken over in times when I can’t be here and is constantly on even when nothing is happening.

+1 I am one of the soldiers of the heer who followed many of his orders, as I started from grenadier like everyone else but if today I am stabsgefreiter it is only thanks to him and to all the teachings he has given me since he made me join the heer, he he is a very serious person, but at the same time he is very nice and I think he is one, if not the best official I have ever seen, I speak from experience since I have been playing on this server for a year and a half, I think that his position in the team of staff can revive the shortage of soldiers in the heer

To whom it may concern,

Regarding the recent talk of staff promotions. Hauptmann Kyle is a trustworthy, repeat offender of being online at all times. This man is online before staff are online. I know this because I'm online with him, at 3am EST. We are the morning crew that set everything up most days. This man would be an excellent addition to the staff of this server because he works so well with others as well as individually. You can set this man on a task and it will get completed, and what's best is his communication skills during the entire thing are always on point. Kyle has been nothing but respectful, rational, and mature in my presence, and I could see him blossoming in a staff position. Further more, holding such high military position for so long requires patience, persistence and loyalty. I feel these are the three cornerstones to a good leader. Thus I must put my vote in for Kyle Whiteford.
