Additional Information: 

I was fishing for some money at the fishing pond and was playing sounds through my soundboard (which i'd also like to aplogize for) and i got got gagged.
After that i decided to just continue fishing for some money and mind my own business. Then i got banned out of nowhere for previous offenses?
I don't deny the previous offenses but in this case i was not doing anything wrong and i did not deserve to be banned. After i got gagged i did not bother/annoy/harm any other players or anything of that kind.
So i would like you guys to consider this bad appeal so i can have fun again with my friends on the server.

+1 I was there fishing with him, he was already gagged for 1 hour for the soundboard but then still got banned while he was literally just minding his own business fishing.

+1, couldn't agree more with this appeal. I was present when he got banned and there was no mod-sit whatsoever nor did he get verbally warned before getting banned. Also during the time before he got banned, he did not annoy, harass, or verbally assault anyone at all.

Hello, I'm the staff member who banned you, I banned you because I got a report about you from a member of your faction, after spectating you I heard that you were playing sounds on your soundboard this sound was the N-Word playing such sounds is against Global Rule Nr. 1, after I heard that you played this sound I gagged you then I looked into your notes and previous bans there I saw that you had two previous notes for breaking Global Rule Nr. 1 and a note for MRDM, you also had 3 bans one of them was 21 days, and it was for the same reason as the current one, so after I saw all of that I came to the conclusion that you are not willing to learn, so I banned you for 14 days.

I see what you mean but still all of my previous mistakes have nothing to do with why i got banned this time, just because i broke the rules before doesn't mean that is a valid reason to ban me now.
I already got punished for the mic-spam with a gag for 1 whole hour. After that i litterally took no action that was agains the rules (i was just standing at the fishing pond fishing for money) and you still banned me for 2 whole weeks. No warning no modsit no nothing. There are people on his thread who also vouch for me.

I would like another staff member to look at this ban appeal because you are the one who banned me and will be biased to decline this request.

Yes, that is actually how it works. Your previous offenses are taken into account when you are punished. You have been banned for this conduct before, and you've shown an inability to correct your actions.
