Rules Broken / Conduct issues (Provide evidence for each): VDM (Hit multiple people and killed at least 1), RDM (Killing somebody for no reason with a car) ,Staff Powers ( pulling someone into a sit who killed him when he ran someone over), abuse of C flags (Spawning a car, driving it into the hospital, hitting several people), Involvement of a staff character OOC in a situation concerning his IC character, NITRP (Driving a vehicle into a hospital and hitting several people).

Additional Information: Speaking with an old friend in the hospital lobby, I begin to hear a car engine. Looking out of the hospital windows, I see a man driving his vehicle into the hospital's main lobby. Demanding several times he leave, he continued to drive about the lobby, before reversing and demanding we “Turn the door the other way, otherwise it's impossible to leave.” Attempting to vacate the hospital, the man begins to violently reverse and ram the door, and hits 1 or 2 people trying to leave. After he finally gets his car through the door, my good friend, Otto von Licht, DRK president and basically the caretaker of the hospital walks to the stairs leading into the hospital, where the man reverses over Otto, ragdolling and killing him. Arrow attempts to drive away after that, but gets stuck on the lip of the sidewalk. Another member of the DRK opens up with his semi-automatic pistol, and kills the man. He then says something about him banning the DRK before his body’s ragdoll despawns. Moments later, the DRK disappears in front of me while I was questioning him in RP. He was taken to a sit by Arrow, and the man driving the car turned out to be one of Arrow’s IC characters. Later, the DRK member returns, and Arrow gave him a note, which is exactly as follows: “Note | 1735332064 | Mr_Arrovv(STEAM_0:1:701025846)RDM | Ban on next offense.”

The accusation of the VDM as well as the NITRP and RDM, abusing Staff Powers and abuse of C flags which I did not even have is satierial, because as you can see, No.1 VDM and I quote from the rules You may not run an individual over with your vehicle unless your life is in danger. I.e. the individual(s) are shooting at you or present an immediate life threat. Players who deliberately run towards moving vehicles or show a clear disregard for their own safety by running out into the road and not looking for oncoming vehicles and are then killed as a result would not be classed as VDM. I did hit people because they were in the way and also ran behind the car. Nr.2 NITRP I had the intention to rp, I wanted to see if this vehicle which landed on the stairs due to a small accident would fit through the door which it did. Nr.3 RDM was not conducted, as you can see in the clips. Nr.4 Abuse of staff authority after an RDM was conducted, a sit was held and a person was noted for the rules the person violated, I was not on my staff character in any of those clips. Nr.5 Abuse of C-Flags there would be no way to abuse them because I simply don't have them. As I said before, this report seems to be satierial.

If you quote the rules, you would have noticed (A.) They were not running towards your vehicle, nor pointing firearms at you. They were not in the way, and standing off to the side. In the clip, it appears to me you intentionally hit at least 1 person. (B.) You drove your vehicle into a hospital, how would you pretend to roleplay that? Why not roleplay measuring the steps of the hospital? (C.) I apologize for accusing you of misusing C flags, I was simply following the advice of another staff after I called and made a ticket about it. (D.) It was not RDM, as you had damaged and killed several people in the hospital. You had no grounds whatsoever to take the DRK employee to a sit, as you had just hit several people, killing at least one. (E) Individuals involved were not showing a clear disregard for their own safety because if you hadn't noticed, the hospital is not a road. (F) Even if you did not switch to a staff character (which is my mistake for assuming but the point still stands) you handled the situation as you would on your staff character, using OOC means to punish an incident that was very much an IC issue. Even if you didn't switch characters, you still did everything in OOC, to punish a very, very justifiable action of shooting you for hitting a doctor with a car and attempting to still get away. In no way was that an RDM on the DRK member's part, however looking at the clips, that very much appears to be RDM and/or VDM.  In no way is this report satirical,  and I don't understand why you would think this. I find your response concerning that someone can't tell the difference between people walking into the road and standing in a hospital lobby.

(A) You were talking about trying to RP it but driving inside a building isnt very RP to me. (B) If you look at the clip you can see your car outside the building on the stairs and you all of a sudden decide to back it up again which resulted in killing Otto Von Licht. (C) While being IC after killing Otto Von Licht and you getting killed you threatened me by saying : I am gonna ban you for that while still being IC.(D) After that you teleported me,  and gave me a note saying : RDM, ban at next offense, which is nonsense to me as you killed Von Licht first by backing up the stairs for no reason.

DENIED.

The situation in the clip was an rp scenario that could have been easily dealt with in rp. A man is driving a car in a lobby while I agree is a bit of trolling, doesn't constitute as breaking any rules (VDM) when individuals were willingly running into the car. The situation could have been dealt with by calling the police, placing the man under gunpoint and ordering him to leave the car. As for the staff abuse claim I have not been presented with any evidence of this.
