Bug Number One: 

When ragdolled while in a seated position induced by either vehicles colliding with the player or /fallover, players become invisible due to a bug where their player model is glitched through the floor. If ragdolled inside a moving vehicle, a person's player model will appear glitched behind the vehicle. This is not a new bug, and has been in the server for as long as I can remember.
