I have Three bans / 2024-03-16 17:17:59 2023-09-22 18:35:57
I cant remember what the 2023 one was as it was so long ago.
But the ban on 03-2024 was for LTAP. The way this should have been dealt with would have been to appeal caught trial with the higher caught, what happened I transfer out of KG and the I didn't have papers so I went back to the KG and the NSB had an outdated warrant and took me to caught anyway, and they wanted to put me back in the KG at a LOW rank.
The third was a ban where I spoke to hounds in a non polite manner and was removed from staff for the way I spoke I was auto banned for it but received a unban within a week I think it was I did apologise to hounds I was having a really bad day.
Staff Knowledge Section
What previous experience so you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode?
Well it all started with you guys then I went on to a different RP server and Meany more but I just got board none of them have the community that we have in Prom.
I have extensive past staff experience across multiple games and communities. I started in Garry’s Mod, where I worked my way up from Trial Moderator to Community Manager on three different servers. This gave me a strong foundation in moderation, conflict resolution, and managing both staff teams and player communities.
I later moved to FiveM, beginning again as a Trial Moderator and progressing to Admin, which was a paid position. During my time on FiveM, I also became a developer for eight different servers. This experience helped me understand server side issues, exploit abuse, and how cheaters operate, allowing me to identify and stop rule-breaking effectively. A large part of my role across these servers was dealing with cheaters and disruptive players, and I consistently handled these situations quickly and professionally.
I have also moderated a PvE Rust server, but I found it lacking in engagement, as there was very little active moderation required. I am looking for a server that presents real challenges and allows me to be actively involved.
I understand that some of that is off topic but all of it is in a similar bract as in VDM and all that Malarkey.
Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]:
I believe I would be a strong addition to the Prometheus Network Staff Team because I have been part of the server for a considerable amount of time and have built good relationships with many players, particularly within Berlin. This familiarity helps when resolving issues, as communication is often smoother when there is already mutual understanding and respect.
That said, I am equally confident handling situations involving players I do not know. I remain calm, patient, and level-headed in hasty or tense situations, and I am able to deal with problems correctly and professionally even when players are being rude or difficult. If a player is confused or unsure of what to do, I take the time to clearly explain things so they can understand and move forward.
With my extensive prior staff experience, I am already familiar with the responsibilities and expectations that come with a staff role and would require very little onboarding. From observing and working alongside other staff members, I am confident in my ability to step into the position and perform the role correctly from the outset. I am also very active on the server across both EU and EST time zones, so availability would never be an issue when it comes to handling tickets or assisting players.
Most importantly, I am genuinely excited to learn more about the staff role, gain a deeper understanding of the server rules, and improve my awareness of the finer details that keep the server running smoothly. I have met most of the current staff team and have only had positive interactions, and I believe I would work well alongside them since we share the same goals and intentions.
What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]:
The duties and responsibilities of a Trial Moderator are centered around maintaining a fair, enjoyable, and well-structured environment for all players on the server. Staff members are a vital part of the server’s foundation, as they ensure rules are upheld, conflicts are handled correctly, and players feel supported during their time in-game. Without consistent and active moderation, the quality of roleplay and overall player experience would quickly decline.
A Trial Moderator’s primary responsibility is to enforce server rules in a calm, unbiased, and professional manner. This includes responding to player tickets, investigating reports such as RDM, VDM, fail roleplay, or other rule violations, and taking appropriate action based on the evidence available. It is important that decisions are made fairly and without favoritism, regardless of personal relationships or prior interactions with the players involved.
Another key responsibility is conflict resolution. Many situations can be resolved simply by clear communication and patience. A Trial Moderator should be able to de-escalate tense situations, listen to all sides of a dispute, and explain rulings in a way players can understand. This helps prevent repeat issues and encourages players to learn from their mistakes rather than feel punished unfairly.
Trial Moderators are also expected to guide and assist newer players. This can include explaining server mechanics, roleplay expectations, or rules they may not fully understand. By doing so, staff help improve the overall standard of roleplay on the server and encourage player retention.
In addition to handling reports, Trial Moderators must monitor general server behavior. This includes addressing disruptive actions such as mic spamming, mingling, harassment, or intentional rule bending. Staff members should always remain calm, respectful, and mature, even when dealing with difficult or rude individuals, as they are seen as role models within the community.
Overall, the role of a Trial Moderator is not just about enforcing rules, but about supporting the community, promoting positive interactions, and ensuring that everyone can enjoy a fair and immersive roleplay experience.
Notes: I am thinking about streaming for promo of the server.
